Blueshore Southern handles all aspects of Installations, Service and Maintenance across the entire spectrum of Mechanical and Electrical equipment.

Our services are applicable to all types of premises and industries, including but not limited to hotels, office buildings, factories food distribution centres or any other industrial or commercial premises. We cover all aspects of facilities management including installation of plant and equipment and their essential maintenance. In many buildings we undertake the day to day monitoring of water temperatures as required for compliance with “The control of Legionella bacteria in water systems Approved Code of Practice & Guidance” (L8).

Where we Work

Although working predominantly across the South of England, including London and the Midlands, Blueshore Southern has the ability to and are happy to cover other areas of the UK should the need arise.

Legislation

The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive states that from January 2011 it is Mandatory for AC systems of 12kw and above to have a regular inspection in place. Blueshore Southern is able to help you not only comply with the directive but also highlight any system and maintenance issues to improve energy costs and carbon emissions further.
Blueshore Southern can also help operators comply with regulations surrounding FGAS compliance and Operator responsibilities under the DEFRA guidance for users.
All of our engineers are fully qualified with all necessary accreditations and insurances in place to ensure complete customer peace of mind.
